Information we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, and message, so we can reply to you.
- Email signup: your email address, so we can send occasional updates about new beats, kits, and releases.
- Purchases: when you buy a beat, kit, or membership, checkout is handled by Snipcart and its connected payment processor (PayPal). We receive your name, email, and order details so we can deliver your files, but we do not see or store your full payment card details — that’s handled entirely by our payment processors.
- Analytics: we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not track you individually across sites.
How we use this information
- To respond to messages sent through the contact form
- To deliver digital files you’ve purchased
- To send email updates, only if you’ve signed up for them — you can unsubscribe at any time
- To understand overall site traffic (in aggregate, not tied to you individually)
We do not sell your information to anyone.
Third-party services
Purchases and checkout are processed by Snipcart and PayPal. Membership is hosted on Patreon. Each of these has its own privacy policy governing the information you provide to them directly.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from emails at any time, by contacting vybe@me.com.
